We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record in commercial or fleet vehicle sales who can deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of commercial and fleet clients in the local market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct consultative sales by assessing client needs and recommending tailored vehicle and upfit solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client partnerships
  • Collaborate with service, finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial or Fleet Vehicle Sales
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle upfits, upfitters, and fleet solutions
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
