Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora administration, Billing, and RevPro support. You will work with IT to ensure data quality and seamless integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, and downstream systems.

The role blends functional and technical discussions to design scalable, compliant solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Zuora experience, ASC 606 knowledge, and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• In-depth ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills with clean, efficient queries.
• Ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own Zuora configuration, Billing, and RevPro to support growth.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and designs.
• Triage Zuora issues with third-party resources for fixes.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement solutions quickly.
• Participate in QA and UAT for Zuora changes and dependent systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance requirements.
