Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the Zuora platform for Billing and Revenue/RevPro, partner with IT for data quality, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and downstream financial systems.

The role focuses on translating requirements into scalable solutions, driving cross-functional alignment, and maintaining compliance across systems in a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro experience.
• In-depth ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean queries.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance and IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC for Zuora-related changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
