Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own Zuora platform administration, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro, and to collaborate with IT for seamless data integration across Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems.

The role requires 5+ years with Zuora and ASC 606 expertise, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work with Finance and IT teams to design scalable, compliant solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong SQL skills with clean, efficient queries.
• Ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of Zuora platform including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and designs.
• Triage issues and coordinate bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements and implement solutions.
• Participate in SDLC stages (QA, UAT) for Zuora changes and system impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
