Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Zone Sales Trainer who will embed within the Zone to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals, aligning training with business priorities. This role partners with Zone/Regional leadership to identify gaps, design targeted development, and drive long‑term sales effectiveness across West, Central, and East zones.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom and field training, supporting new hire onboarding, and continuously updating content with the Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics with market understanding.
• Experience in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
• Define NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone.
• Deliver and/or assist in delivery of formal training programs (new hires, skills, product launches).
• Evaluate and address sales capability needs to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate onboarding/training paths for new sales hires with leadership.
