Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks a Zone Sales Trainer to onboard, coach, and develop sales professionals within the Zone, aligning training with business priorities and commercial execution. You will work closely with Zone and Regional leadership to close capability gaps and drive revenue growth through embedded training within the sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial sales.
5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with deep market understanding.
Expertise in sales skills or field training preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage 50% Zone Training and 50% Classroom training.
Design and drive the NAM Learning & Development strategy within the Zone.
Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching for new and existing sales reps.
Update training content with leadership to meet strategies and evolving LD landscape.
Evaluate training impact and translate product knowledge into customer-facing skills.
