Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Sales Excellence Trainer to design, implement, and sustain a comprehensive sales methodology framework that elevates performance and revenue growth. The role drives adoption of value-based selling, analytics and capability building across zones and roles.

The position emphasizes alignment of strategy with practical, role-based training, coaching and field execution. Travel to field sites is expected as part of program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare diagnostics with market understanding.
• 5+ years in commercial sales with proven success.
• Expertise or certifications in sales skills delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve NAM Sales Excellence strategy and curriculum across the full sales lifecycle.
• Own and drive adoption of the sales methodology and value-based selling.
• Embed value-based selling into training, tools and coaching.
• Coach others to drive and reinforce sales excellence frameworks.
• Support front line managers with coaching frameworks and deal reviews.
• Use analytics and win/loss data to identify capability gaps.
• Collaborate with enablement, sales ops, and marketing to improve pipeline quality.
• Lead change management for new tools and processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and customer focus in selling.
• Provide written feedback to leadership on observed behaviors.
• Conduct regular field travel with new hires and sales reps.
• Deliver or assist in delivery of additional training programs.
