The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, directing crewmembers, and ensuring customer service excellence, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and accurate shift execution. Weekly pay is offered along with comprehensive benefits for full-time managers.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports execution of reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order.
