This hourly, full-time role emphasizes maintaining Cane’s standards and a strong team culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include directing crewmembers, ensuring cleanliness, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Will work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports execution of reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
