Raising Cane's in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations while upholding the brand’s standards and culture. The role focuses on managing one restaurant zone per shift, directing crewmembers, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience or Raising Cane's advanced crew experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture.
• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforce company policies and standards and manage the zone safely.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Use tools and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions).
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure facilities are in good working order.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
