Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication with verbal and written skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs as needed.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and move merchandise in a warehouse-format store.

Responsibilities

• Lead transitions, reinventions, product assortments, and resets with strong visual integrity.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest engagement goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock designations, maintain end caps.
• Support customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coach and train team members; communicate visual priorities and moments.
• Review store scorecard data and act to improve sales and expense metrics.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and up-to-date signing and set environment.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
