At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to manage visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards to drive sales. The role involves leading transitions, stocking, and maintaining an engaging in-store experience.

The Zone Lead will collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager, plan daily tasks, and ensure safety and compliance while motivating team members during busy periods, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Stand or walk for prolonged periods; bend, climb and reach as needed.
• Detail-oriented and reliable; fosters teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets with the Assistant Store Manager to maintain visual standards and drive sales.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet goals for sales, guest engagement, and store appearance.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement within designated zones.
• Maintain neat, clean zones with up-to-date signing and sets; support inventory control and loss prevention.
• Serve as a role model, coach others, and train staff on visual priorities and standards.
• Review store performance data and act to improve metrics within zones.
• Open availability to cover nights and weekends as required.
