Job summary

You will manage daily tasks, freight processes, stock zones, and end caps while maintaining guest satisfaction and a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as moving merchandise.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb and reach; work independently and in a team.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model with ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and uphold company standards.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets with the ASM.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to meet sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance in designated zones.
• Maintain neat, clean zones; manage end caps and signing.
• Assist in customer experience, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coach and train team on visual priorities and standards.
• Review store data and act to improve zone metrics.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
