Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes across the store by planning with the Assistant Store Manager and leading transitions, reinventions, product changes, and resets.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock product in designated areas, maintaining an organized zone.
• Support customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
• Lead by example and coach team members in visual priorities and execution of visual moments.
