Job summary

At Home Group Inc. in Matthews, NC is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support merchandising in designated zones and uphold visual standards designed to drive sales.

The ZL collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager and guides team members on visual merchandising, safety, and compliance. This role requires lifting, stocking, and daily interaction with guests, with open availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and maintain visual integrity in designated zones.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets while upholding standards.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement in designated areas.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Act as a role model, coach, and trainer for visual priorities and merchandising standards.
