Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising in designated zones within a warehouse-format store. The role reports to the Assistant Store Manager and drives sales through compelling visual displays, sets, and endcaps while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading transitions, managing daily tasks, and coordinating freight processes. The Zone Lead will train associates, monitor scorecards, and maintain clean, organized zones with current signage and sets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs, and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in visual merchandising processes and maintain store standards.
• Plan and lead transitions, resets, and product assortment changes.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet sales and guest experience goals.
• Participate in freight processing and stocking in designated zones.
• Coach team members on visual priorities and standards.
• Review store data and monitoring scorecard metrics to improve performance.
