Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support merchandising in designated zones, maintain visual standards, and drive sales in a warehouse-format store.

You will work under the Assistant Store Manager to implement signs, endcaps, and in-store promotions while modeling safe, ethical conduct. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible nights/weekends, and a thorough understanding of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes, including planning, transitioning, and resetting store displays to maintain visual integrity and inspire guests.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly tasks delegated by the Assistant Store Manager to meet visual merchandising and store goals.
• Assist with freight processes for incoming shipments and transitions.
• Stock merchandise and maintain organized zones with up-to-date signage and displays.
• Support safety, loss prevention, inventory control, and customer experience initiatives.
