Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to oversee visual merchandising in designated zones and uphold company standards designed to drive sales. This role requires leading a team, planning transitions, and ensuring displays align with seasons and in-store promotions.

The Zone Lead will guide team members on visual priorities, participate in freight processes, and maintain clean, organized zones while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; move merchandise in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead visual merchandising transitions and resets with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to achieve visual and sales goals.
• Assist with freight processing and stocking in assigned zones.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized zones and ensure current signing/sets.
• Coach teammates on visual priorities and store standards.
