Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support merchandising in designated zones of the store. You will ensure visual standards are set and upheld to drive sales, lead transitions and resets, and create compelling displays that reinforce seasons and promotions.

You will coach team members on visual priorities, manage daily workloads, participate in freight processes, and maintain a neat, organized zone while upholding safety and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check will be completed.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs., and to move merchandise around the store.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to train, lead, and motivate others, and to operate independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• The ZL supports all aspects of visual merchandising processes, planning transitions, reinventions, and resets.
• Leads workload planning and task execution to achieve sales goals and guest engagement.
• Participates in freight processes, sorts, stocks, and maintains end caps.
• Supports store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coaches others in visual priorities and creates visual moments to enhance the customer experience.
• Reviews the store scorecard data and acts to improve metrics within designated zones.
• Maintains neat, clean, organized zones with current signing and sets.
