Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to oversee visual merchandising in designated zones, ensuring signage, vignettes, and endcaps reflect seasonal promotions and company standards. You will drive a selling culture by coaching team members and maintaining an organized, safe, and visually compelling store environment.

The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, manage workloads, and execute freight processes while delivering on sales and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be completed.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs., move merchandise in a warehouse-style store.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods; able to bend, climb, reach.
• Independent and team work capability; strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, ethical, and a positive role model.
• Creates urgency, promotes teamwork, and motivates the team to achieve goals.
• Willingness to train, develop, and lead others in a fast-paced, safe environment.
• Adaptable and creative in handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes for the store, leading transitions and resets while maintaining visual standards.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly tasks to meet visual merchandising and sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes for inbound shipments and transitions.
• Stock products in designated areas and maintain neat, organized zones.
• Assist in customer experience, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Serve as a coach for visual merchandising best practices and provide training opportunities.
• Communicate visual priorities and create visual moments to enhance the customer experience.
• Review store scorecard data and act in zones to improve sales and metrics.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date zone with current signing and sets.
• Perform other duties as needed; open availability including nights and weekends.
