Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support visual merchandising across designated zones in a warehouse-format store. You will ensure that visual standards, fixtures, and endcaps align with seasonal promotions and, through coaching, elevate the guest experience and team performance.

The role requires enthusiasm for lifting, stocking, and moving merchandise, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed and to maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise around a warehouse-format store.
• Strong attention to detail in standards, processes, marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and transitions in designated zones.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet visual merchandising and sales goals.
• Participate in freight processes including receiving, stocking, and end-cap maintenance.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones and up-to-date signing and sets.
• Lead by example as a coach on visual merchandising and priorities.
