Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead to guide visual merchandising within designated zones and uphold company standards that drive sales.

You will influence team members to maintain an engaging, organized store environment and support in-store marketing elements such as signs and endcaps. The Zone Lead collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to plan transitions, manage daily tasks, and ensure a neat, compliant zone while promoting guest engagement and an ethical, safe workplace

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and move merchandise.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and maintain visual integrity.
• Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets with Assistant Store Manager.
• Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock placement.
• Support inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coach teammates on visual merchandising and priorities.
• Review store scorecard data to improve metrics.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
