The Zone Lead will manage daily tasks, coordinate transitions, and participate in freight processes, safety, and loss prevention. Open availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move 100 lbs. with a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising in assigned zones and maintain standards.
• Plan/execute transitions, resets, and product changes with store leadership.
• Assist with freight processing and stock placement in designated areas.
• Maintain neat zones, up-to-date signing, and promotional sets.
• Encourage guest engagement and store performance through visual excellence.
• Lead and coach team members in visual priorities.
