Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Zone Lead (Full-Time) to support visual merchandising across designated store zones and uphold company standards that drive sales. You will mentor team members, manage daily tasks, and ensure sets, signs, and displays reflect seasonal promotions.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required; candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move merchandise in a warehouse-style retail environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Background check will be completed
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes across designated zones and maintain standards
• Lead transitions, resets, and product changes with management
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to meet goals
• Assist with freight processes and stock in designated areas
• Support safety, inventory control, and customer experience
• Communicate priorities and train team on visual standards
• Review store scorecard data and help improve metrics
• Maintain a neat, up-to-date signing and set presentation
