Job summary

EDSI is seeking a WIOA Youth Workforce Connector to build relationships with agencies, schools, and community organizations, connecting youth and young adults to essential services.

You will perform intake and eligibility, develop Individual Service Strategies, provide career counseling, and manage a caseload to help participants achieve education, training, and employment goals while meeting program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or some college preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with agencies, schools, and community organizations.
• Complete required documentation in CWDS and other systems of record.
• Develop and monitor Individual Service Strategies (ISS) aligned with goals.
• Provide career counseling and labor market information.
