Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in human services, workforce development, training, teaching, customer service, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse populations and employer partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Youth Advocates to meet performance goals and program outcomes.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review caseloads and provide coaching.
• Travel up to 75% to engage employers and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers for job placements and OJT opportunities.
• Provide referrals to training providers and community partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation in required systems.
