Job summary

EDSI is seeking a Community Workforce Connector to support designated Philadelphia-area agencies in delivering workforce services. You will help connect jobseekers with training, job matching, and WIOA services while partnering with local organizations such as the Office of Homeless Services and community colleges.

You will conduct outreach, host and promote workshops, assess client needs, enroll individuals in WIOA intensive services, and track activities in CWDS and Sharepoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1-2 years of career development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Ability to travel across Philadelphia and work with diverse populations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data-entry tools

Responsibilities

• Support designated community agencies in delivering workforce services
• Attend job fairs and community events to promote services
• Provide WIOA intensive case management and job matching to a targeted caseload
• Develop relationships with partners and maintain documentation in CWDS/Sharepoint
• Offer workshops and virtual services to clients and maintain data accuracy
