Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare seeks compassionate Individual Support Technicians to assist youth (ages 5–21) in home and community settings. You will work under PBS strategies to help clients acquire daily living skills, socialization, and independence, focusing on safety and client well-being.

Roles involve hands-on skill-building, 5–35 hours per week with 2–4 hour shifts, and collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervised experience in behavior support and teaching ADL/IADL.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to youth in home and community settings.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and skill acquisition plans.
• Assist with development of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Behavioral Needs, including self-care, functional skills, and socialization.
• Teach appropriate social behavior and use redirection to address challenging behavior.
• Train and coach parents/guardians to support skill generalization and consistency.
• Collect accurate service data and submit visit notes per compliance standards.
• Ensure client safety and well‑being at all times.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, supervision, and required trainings.
