Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking a Child Support Professional to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care for children and adolescents in residence. You will supervise daily living activities, support skill-building, and collaborate with families to promote stability and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children with emotional/behavioral needs preferred.
• Valid New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and supervision for residents, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Support skill development and therapeutic activities to promote independence.
• Assist with household duties and meal planning alongside residents.
• Participate in service planning and trauma-informed practices.
• Escort residents to appointments and engage families to support reunification.
• Offer counseling and emotional support; manage crises and medication adherence as directed.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time; report incidents promptly.
