Job summary

WellLife Network in Manorville, NY is seeking a dedicated Child Support Professional for the Community Residence Program. You will provide safe, therapeutic care for youth in residence, support daily living skills, and engage families to promote stability and growth.

This role requires a High School diploma and a valid New York driver’s license. You'll work in a collaborative team, receive robust benefits, and have opportunities for growth in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with youth with emotional/behavioral needs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored supervision and care for each resident, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Demonstrate positive behaviors and uphold program values.
• Teach daily living skills and track progress in a therapeutic milieu.
• Assist with household duties and meal preparation with residents.
• Participate in service planning and trauma-informed care practices.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities; support family engagement.
• Provide informal counseling and crisis support as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time; report incidents promptly.
