You will help residents develop daily living skills, engage families, and work within a trauma-informed framework to promote safety and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with youth with emotional or behavioral needs is preferred.
• Valid New York State driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and compassionate care for residents.
• Support skill development and independence.
• Assist with household duties and meals.
• Participate in service planning and trauma-informed care.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Provide counseling and behavioral support.
• Document and report incidents and maintain records.
