Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking a compassionate Child Support Professional to provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence. This role focuses on skill-building, family engagement, and promoting independence in adolescents within a structured, therapeutic environment.

You will work under supervision to implement service plans, model positive behaviors, and support emotional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional/behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and supervision for youth in residence.
• Deliver therapy-supportive activities and skill-building.
• Assist with household tasks and daily living activities with residents.
• Promote trauma-informed care and positive behaviors.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities; ensure safety.
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
