Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with emotional or behavioral needs preferred.
• New York State driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care, supervision, and therapeutic support to youth in residence.
• Teach daily living skills and track residents' progress.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Promote family involvement and reunification.
• Complete required documentation on time and report incidents.
