Job summary

Sunny Glen Children’s Home in Texas seeks a Case Aide Clerk to support day-to-day case management, maintain case files, and coordinate travel for reunifications and transfers. You will work closely with Case Managers, transportation teams, and sponsors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery for unaccompanied children.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and adherence to ORR policies.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; additional college credits in social services preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and archive physical or electronic case files per ORR policies.
• Meet with children weekly to coordinate family contacts and sponsor communication.
• Assist with discharge and transfer planning and paperwork.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for reunification and transportation needs.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments and deadlines per agency policies.
