Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Understand ORR Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient with desktop and mobile devices and common software.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Maintain records and respond to ORR records requests.
• Support case management with intake and discharge documentation.
• Assist with travel coordination for children and staff.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
