Job summary

Sunny Glen Children’s Home seeks a Case Manager to oversee the safe release and care coordination for Unaccompanied Children. You will maintain case files, ensure ORR policy compliance, and coordinate referrals with medical, behavioral health, legal providers, and child advocates.

You will conduct intake, manage weekly family communications, monitor services, and liaise with sponsors and staff to ensure timely, trauma-informed support and post-release care arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services field is required.
• Experience in child welfare or case management is encouraged.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.
• Conduct initial intake of children and gather sponsorship/family information.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and client documentation.
