Marsell Wellness Center in Colton, CA is seeking a dedicated Case Aide to support the case management team in reuniting unaccompanied children with sponsors while complying with federal and state policies.

You will prepare records, conduct home inspections, communicate with sponsors, participate in safety planning, and assist in special projects. Strong organizational skills and bilingual Spanish preferred, with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education; related experience is acceptable.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to the case management team.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain Foster Parent records and files.
• Review ORR portal for compliance and input updates.
• Conduct Resource Family Home inspections.
• Communicate with sponsors to gather information.
• Participate in safety and service-related program development.
• Escort UC and verify sponsor identity for custody release.
