Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a Case Aide for La Jornada to provide administrative and document support to program staff and assist with case management processes. The role requires organization, confidentiality, and the ability to handle flexible hours, including some weekends.

The position supports ORR case management requirements, maintains records in UC Portal and Evolv, and helps with intake, discharges and legal screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient with standard office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and document support to program staff.
• Maintain and organize records and data per policy.
• Assist with intake, discharge, and case management-related documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling as needed.
• Support legal screenings and Know Your Rights presentations.
