Job summary

Carolina Country Club is seeking a Lead Youth Program Assistant to work with the Youth Director in planning and executing year-round youth programs, including summer camps. The role prioritizes participant safety and enforcing club rules, while promoting a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for young members.

Responsibilities include office support, planning activities, maintaining supplies, signing in/out participants, and coordinating with counselors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise children and maintain safety at all times.
• CPR certification is required or the candidate must be willing to obtain certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work well with other youth staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing all youth programs and activities.
• Monitor sign-in/sign-out sheets and supervise check-ins.
• Help organize youth closets, supplies, and room setup for activities.
• Assist with billing, merchandise sales, and handling voicemails/emails as needed.
• Maintain supplies and coordinate daily tasks with the Youth Director.
