Job summary

North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Youth Activities Manager to lead planning, execution, and growth of youth programming and childcare services, ensuring safety and engagement in line with the club’s standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate swim team activities, and collaborate with leadership to develop family-focused experiences while maintaining exceptional member service and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in youth programming, camps, childcare, aquatics, recreation, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating youth activities, family programming, events, or swim team operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate youth activities, camps, classes, childcare programs, events, and special programs.
• Develop engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate programming for youth participants.
• Create seasonal calendars, schedules, and annual programming plans.
• Coordinate swim team registration, scheduling, and events with the Head Swim Coach.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Youth program staff and childcare staff.
• Serve as primary contact for parents and families, promoting programs and member engagement.
