Job summary

North Ridge Country Club Inc is seeking a Youth Activities Manager to lead youth programming, childcare, camps, and events while upholding safety and club standards. You will partner with the Director of Youth Engagement and Club leadership to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for members’ families.

You will recruit and supervise staff, build strong relationships with parents and participants, manage calendars, and track attendance and feedback to drive program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality, Education, Child Development, Recreation, or related field.
Minimum of two years in youth programming, camps, childcare, aquatics, recreation, or related field.
Experience coordinating youth activities, family programming, events, or swim team operations preferred.
Ability to manage multiple programs and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, oversee, and evaluate youth activities and events.
Develop inclusive, age-appropriate programming meeting developmental needs.
Lead staffing, scheduling, supervision, and performance feedback.
Promote programs to members and families through various channels.
Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality member experiences.
