Job summary

The YMCA of Keene seeks a Director of Out of School Time and Family Engagement to lead and expand after-school, summer camp, and family programs. You will supervise staff, ensure licensing compliance, and drive community engagement while maintaining safe, inclusive environments.

Responsibilities include program development, budget oversight, marketing support, and collaboration with schools and volunteers to deliver high-quality youth services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory responsibilities of 6+ staff members.
• 3+ years of experience managing a program budget.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and behavioral management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and deliver high-quality OST and family programs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate OST and Camp Wakonda staff.
• Develop and manage budgets to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee Kids Night Out and Family events.
• Engage with community and market program information.
