Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a part-time youth worker to assist with development and operation of a quality school-age childcare program. The role supports adherence to Delacare rules and safety standards while delivering age-appropriate activities for children ages 6–12.

Under supervision of the Childcare or Program Director, you will help supervise activities, communicate with parents and staff, and model positive behavior in a nurturing, energetic environment.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and hold a School Age Site Assistant Certificate.
• First Aid/CPR certification or be certified within two months of hire.
• Possess required School Age Site Coordinator Certificates depending on level.
• Must pass FBI and state background checks per regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in delivering age-appropriate programs for ages 6–12.
• Ensure safe implementation of all activities and upkeep of facilities.
• Supervise children and maintain positive relationships with parents and staff.
• Uphold Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware policies and state licensing rules.
• Support development of a positive identity and strong community presence.
