Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes and in the community. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, adapting to each recipient's needs.

Full and part-time positions are available; paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay are offered. You will join a caring team focused on growth and achievement for both recipients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing support and helping with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home environment.
