Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and you will accompany recipients into the community to broaden their personal goals outside the home.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to follow care plans, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
