Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Roles are available as both full- and part-time positions. Paid training, a flexible schedule and weekly pay are offered to support a thriving team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
