Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities while also taking recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

We offer full and part-time positions with paid training and a flexible schedule, plus weekly pay and a virtual interview process. You’ll join a team dedicated to helping others succeed and building a thriving company culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
