Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, helping clients grow personal goals within their community.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Join a team that values compassion, independence, and meaningful impact on recipients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting skill-building activities.
• Provide encouragement and help with personal development goals.
• Assist with community outings to support goals outside the home.
