Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes and in the community. You will support skill-building activities, encourage independence, and help clients pursue personal goals outside the home.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and growth opportunities. Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks; transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
