Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan, assisting with skill-building activities and community involvement.

You will support, encourage, and empower recipients to reach personal goals while following care plans and coordinating with families and caregivers. This role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay with paid training.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients to support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Visit clients' homes and assist with community outings to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with families and caregivers.
